Family Promise of Ouachita strives to be a hand up to homeless families, not a hand out. Our mission is to provide families with stability so they can get back on their feet and provide their children with a healthy living environment.
Family Promise of Ouachita is one of 200+ shelter programs nationally. Since it's formation in 1988, Family Promise affiliates have collectively served more than 750,000 people through the efforts of over 6,000 congregations and more than 180,000 volunteers.
