Together Eveone Achieves More
Jackie is a hardworking, single mom attending nursing school that had a problem with her car. My friends at Timms Harley Davidson recommended this local business and WOW what a blessing! We were so fortunate to team up with Vince to meet Jackie's auto needs. A local business making a true and honest difference in the lives of local people.
SERIOUSLY...I JUST DONT HAVE THE WORDS TO EXPRESS THE MANY FEELINGS OF LOVE AND GRATITUDE! I asked one young boy, "what cha want for Christmas buddy"? He said...a shirt! Not an IPhone or Ciber Punk...A SHIRT! Be Do Have GIVE (thanks for that Thelma)
None of these pictures and the smiles they represent would have been possible without GIVERS! For the GIVERS both financial and those that have physically given, hear the words...THANK YOU! Blessings to all this new year! A special shout out to local business support: Rosie Harper CPA, Ray's Tire , Traxler Chiropractic, Scotts Catfish, Ouachita Sheriff dept, The Hebron Group, Twin City Outdoor Equipment, The Blessing Bookstore.
It is our desire to support and serve the widows and senior adults of our world in practical hands on ways from general maintenance, lawn care, inside services, hospitality support, transportation and in many other creative ways. Sadly many have been neglected and overlooked sometimes just completely forgotten about or thought of as an inconvenience. These elders paved the way to get us where we are in our churches, schools, businesses & society as a whole. Thank you to the many supports who finance, cook, clean, drive, cut yards and love on our elders! TOGETHER WE TRULY MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Supporting families in hands on practical ways that live in our communities that are challenged in difficult living circumstances. This is just one of many stories of how TOGETHER WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Both parents work. The income tax return went to fix the motor in their Suburban. Then the transmission went out. They were riding bikes to work and walking the children to the medical center in the rain and cold. Thanks to Julian at SEMMES AUTOMOTIVE the day before Christmas Eve I told him about the need. THAT DAY IT WAS A DONE DEAL. So many powerful testimonies of HOPE IN ACTION!
My Dear friends, Burman and Carol Cape, pastored for 47 years and 29 of those were at Floyd Road Baptist Church in Austell, GA. He was an amazing man of God for sure! Brother Burman was loved and respected by so many! I want to thank everyone for their prayers for Sister Carol since Brother Burman passed to Glory on December 12, 2016. Recently Carol's heating & air went out. Thanks to Keith's Heating & Air in Chattanooga, TN for the great price and install!
Many churches today are overwhelmed by so many needs that unfortunately the "business" of taking care of our widows is not much of a priority. I am so very thankful for the many prayers and financial support for widows that are in need as Sister Carol was. To everyone that felt led to invest in this precious woman of God whether financially, through cards and/or prayers ...let me say that brother Burman would be so very thankful as he was truly a giver himself!

It is hard to find the words to express our heartfelt appreciation for the investment that Jeff and Twin City has made in the lives of our local widows. Here is a small hint with some pics of what the heart of Jeff Smith & Twin Cities Outdoor Equipment looks like. THANK YOU, my friend! Here is a question...what happens when a local business partners with our little 'ole nonprofit organization, 911HOPE? The answer is...BIG THINGS LIKE LOCAL WIDOWS RECEIVING THE BLESSING OF NEVER HAVING TO STRESS OVER THEIR YARD CARE! This is a heart felt THANK YOU to the many donors, servants and the following KEY organizations that helped make a real and practical difference in the lives of our local widows, single moms & the elderly in our communities.
